Just because the Plane of Cuteness is generally non-violent doesn’t mean that the creatures found within are safe or sane, take for instance the existence of the pazdis — adorable creatures that take any kind of coin and dispense mild narcotics shaped and flavoured like candy.
Once a pazdis runs out of product, it returns to their central hive where they deposit their spoils and refill with a new produce. Researchers were unable to gain access to the hive, which would only open to the pazdis and thwarted any attempts to gain access.
It remains a mystery as to why the pazdis collect random coins from a variety of worlds, or why they would dispense various mild pharmaceuticals dangerously shaped like candy. The pazdis seem to understand language but make no efforts to communicate.

You have summoned KANDYKIT from the Plane of Cuteness! Kandykit just wants coins. They will dispense cat-shaped candy in exchange and when they are empty they go home. The candy has a similar effect to a mild steroid. The next time Kandykit is summoned the candy will have a different side-effect.
