Gixxxies are the “evolved” form of a gizzie from the World of Stupidity. Like their original form, they only stand about 15-20 cm tall (half a foot on average) and are still one of the more stable creatures from their plane.
The key difference is that a gixxxie is a reactionary response to the hormones of those they are around, in which they gain sexual characteristics and are capable of reproducing sexually as opposed to their normal asexual reproduction which produces an offspring that is a clone of the adult.
Gixxxies rarely pair with other gixxxies and never with gizzies due to the fact that they do not produce hormones of their own. Gixxxie/gixxxie pairings usually only occur when one or both gixxxies have engaged in enough sexual activity previously to ‘normalize’ the conduct.
Whether the gixxxie develops feminine, masculine or both traits depends on the company that they keep. They are sensitive to attraction and will continue to adapt in response to any pheromones released.
Given that the offspring will be of a similar diminutive size but have a fertility compatibility to the non-gixxxie mate it is theorized that gixxxies are a ‘base species’ that is responsible for several derived monsters from a variety of planes.
