Gizzies are regularly captured and pressed into corporate service, and the resulting conscription causes them to change into the Anger/Stupid type, the Gildie.
While gildies are given access to more resources than they could gather on their own and have positions of minor authority within the corporation that has forcibly contracted them, they’re also extremely angry little creatures who unsurprisingly will co-operate with anyone interested in undermining said corporation.
This lack of loyalty means they’re often kept in the very deepest parts of a corporate property to prevent them from gaining access to conspirators (including other gildies). They’re also barred from obtaining an exo.
No matter how comfortable their suites, no matter how good the vintage is of their personal baths, gildies are miserable creatures who make life as difficult as they can for anyone working around them.
