The first thing the readers were presented with was a choice in vocalist between Nem “the glastig” (actually Nem from Crossover undercover as a glastig) and Vody the vodyanoy.
Nem handily won the vote.
People in my circles were pretty sure Nem would win.
A glastig is a kind of faerie spirit with goat-like legs, blonde hair and grey skin. Nem is usually depicted with blue hair and white (cream-white as opposed to being albino or Caucasian) skin, but for the sake of her cover identity is blonde and grey-skinned in the adventure.
Nem’s band role is vocalist, and in combat she provides support and healing. In order to heal, Nem needs to steal the life force of enemy combatants first.
Her “Utility” ability is to charm people.
Nem also features in Crossover: JD and her appearance in Mega Frankenstein is more crossover than canon, although her personality remains the same.
She was originally created in a CYOA called “Nem’s Quest” which I created to help deal with the loss of my wife.
Nem’s primary weapon has been revealed as the ability to summon shadow-crows. She gets a costume change early on in the adventure.
Nem is first referred to in Mega Frankenstein in this SA Post: https://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3969259&pagenumber=1#post515111127
